ok my plan list today : tepat pkul 6 kene jogging 1 taman,, nak diet and kurgkan berat badan. hehe.. coz dulu berat only 43 kg.. and after masuk pasum berat dah naek pai lah 48 or 49 like thaat. it is due to several factors like stress nak blajar, kwn2 yg suke mkn.. hehe.. but xper, sume nih sng jer bler dh kat umah.. for first 2 weeks, aku aim dpt loss 3 or 4 kg! hupfully, i will make it!! hee =)
tadi tgok kjap the biggest loser ausiie ... agak menarik and i like their spirit.. even badan dorg 3 times bigger than me but they never give up and keep strict to achieve their aim.. esp for their fam.. wanna make their fam proud of themselves.. i dun trust on dieting medicine nowadays bcz sume to ble kite consume its only gve benefit during our consumption period only.. it's doesn't work act. but tu sume pilihan org laen and depens on their belief...
then tadi tgok citer nur kasih.. even dah bape kali repeat tgok citer tu, but stil best n menarik.. tersentuh tgok cter tuh pai lupe aku ade bakar roti.. habis hangus! huh! tiber2 ase ske tgok lakonan remy ishak.. but b4 nih cam mls nak tgok citer2 dy.. and x sbar nak tgok NUR KASIH THE MOVIE t.. this 19th may! dengan biha maybe... hehe.
p/s : aku rndu gg yg smgt gler nak diet same2.. hmm.. syg n rndu glak kau yg leyh pecahkan dinding2 kk12.. haha..
